All shipping paid by the buyer, all shipping is carefully overseen by us personally at 3rd party packing and shipping companies. All prices are Net and in US Dollars, however, we accept Swiss Franc CHF, Euro’s EC and English pounds sterling L, and other currencies worldwide upon agreement. Any item may be returned for any reason within 5 days of receipt of a return notice. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return notice. No verbal expert opinions will be accepted unless provided to JL PHILLIPS GALLERY + GL HENDERSHOTT in writing signed by the expert, all items are guaranteed to be genuine in every respect and provenance true to listing. A condition report is available upon request. All items have a clear title with no liens or encumbrances. This is Not an Auction there are no buyers premiums or extra charges . Payments can be made by any Bank check, any Credit or Debit card, Bank Wire Transfer, or Bank ACH transfer, Pay Pal. Please contact us for Wire Transfer instruction forms. We will provide any additional provenance and photographs including detailed images as requested, but only to qualified buyers. All Museum purchases can be arranged and invoiced to suit your museums’ budgetary requirements anywhere in the world. In-person and private inspection by collectors and curators can be reserved for viewing abiding by all current safety COVID standards, but for only qualified buyers.
